Good afternoon,
I am doing a bathroom remodel and there is a half plywood on top of the subfloor. The 1/2 needs to be replaced but the toilet flange is obviously in the way. There is nothing wrong with the flange except that it is metal house was built in 1984. Just curious of the options and easiest way the solve this problem. Never removed a toilet flange before and hoping I don't have to. I am a carpenter but not a plumber. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
Thanks,
Jay
