OK.. they are going to be giving me a notice to vacate due to my dog.. I have lived here for a year and never had a issue before.. but the lease violation notice says I have to get rid of my dog or they will serve me a 30 day notice to vacate the apartment.. now if they do that do I still have to pay April's rent, I am ahead on my rent right now, but if they are making me move I don't see how they can accept money for rent from me..

You owe Aprils rent. Your rental agreement is in full month incriments... and you have actually benefited from living in the unit as it was habitable. The choice to not get rid of the dog was yours. It doesn't entitle you to a rent free period.

Hello:
I don't know what you mean by "ahead on your rent", but you have to pay rent for every single day you reside there. I know you don't think they can take your money after they've asked you to leave, but they CAN, and they ARE. Frankly, I would too. What?? You're entitled to FREE rent?? I don't think so.
