My father is deceased and own a property that he let his ex-girlfriend stay in. Recently she moved into a senior center and now her niece think she have rights to this property and refuses to hand over the keys. Do the ex-girlfriend or her niece have any rights to my father's property and if not how do go about taking back my father's property from them because the taxes is piling up and I don't want to lose my father's property.

If there is no will, a probate case has been filed, and if the property was still in Rozalyn's late father's name, the personal representative would be in a position to go to court for the purpose of evicting the girlfriend, niece, and whoever else is occupying the property.
