I can't remember if it was a late 80s early 90s cartoon movie or a 90s cartoon movie. But I do remember in it this high school was getting ready for a dance, there was a limo with a hot tub in the back, and this girl had to get a dress for the dance so her friend used his computer and created on for her. Its been killing me for months now!!
