Hiya this is my first post, but I could really use some advice
I'm in year 11, and although I'm pretty popular, I've never been good with girls so I'm quite shy. There is a girl that I like however, who also seems to like me back - she recently invited me to a house party. Id like to ask her out, but I don't know when/how to do it, and some tips would be very helpful. I don't know many of her friends, which doesn't help, and they have been frequently asking me if I like her or not. I'm wary of saying that I do have a crush on her, as Id rather it came from me rather than her mate.

My other difficulty is that I've only ever been in a relationship for about a week before, so I'm worried I might be a bit lost if she actually says yes. Some help on what to do/ where to go on dates would be great. Thanks a lot for the help.

If she says "Yes." then that's great! You could also ask her what she might like to do. It doesn't have to all be up to you. If you ask her what she might like to do, that will further show the interest that you have in her because you care about what she likes and things.

Movie, walk, pizza, restaurant, etc. It doesn't have to be anything "heavy". Just an activity that you both might like to do.

That's awesome if she says yes, and if she does you should be prepared. A movie is a perfect place to take her because it is simple, fun, and just perfect for a date.If she says yes than just ask her if she has seen (name of movie) and if she hasn't then ask her if she would like to. By the way this is coming from a middle school girl. Hope I helped!

Well to me it seems like you want to be the one to let her know you like her no her friends. That is good. The suggestions mentioned above are great. Kepp it simple until you get to know her.

Just ask her, be straight forward about it. She obviously likes you if her friends are asking if you like her. So chances are she will say yes :)

If you're shy then a good first date would be cinema as it reduces any akward silences :)
