Hi,
I was there in US during 2009 non H1B and returned to India within 60Days. Now I am in confusions whether I have to file returns 1040NR. If I need to file the returns then can some one guide me how to compute tax returns, will I get all my tax withholdings as returns, and how to file 1040NR form.
