My lawnmower will not start. If I try to start it, it will crank a couple of time, but will not start. Then when I try again right after the first time, it doesn't even crank at all. I bought a new battery for it, but it is still doing the same thing. I can jump it out with jumper cables on my truck and it will work fine until I shut it off. Does anybody have any idea what else it could be?

That's a kawasaki engine.
John deer had troubles on the older ones.
Go to your local dealer and get a hard start relay about $ 25
Part # am107421.
There will be instructions in there to show how to install on any deere.
Luck
