Since this is posted in Child and Teen Health, it would be helpful to know how old you are. Age plays a part in regularity of menstruation.

It wasn't supposted to be.. and I am 17
Have you taken a HPT using first morning urine yet? If not, I would suggest you do that. Whether you use protection or not there is still a risk of pregnancy. Nothing is 100% effective except for abstinence.

No I haven't.. why use first morning urine.
First morning urine contains the highest concentration of the pregnancy hormone called HCG. It's best to take the test in the morning because your urine gets diluted during the day because you are drinking fluids and urinating more often than you are at night.

Will taken the test in the afternoon or night affect the results.
Will taken the test in the afternoon or night affect the results.?
It can. It can cause a false negative. Meaning that you are pregnant but the test says you are not.

Yes, it can still be a false negative. Morning urine is by far the best to use when taking a test.
