what wshould I do if the british guy abondone his child and the mother of the child few years ago?she tried to look for him and the guy still in the Philippines having fun ,metting girls and when she ask a help support for the child,he said that w=he will not going to support the child because he got another kids and only his first priority?

Where are you located? In the United States, the UK, the Philippines? It's next to impossible to advise you without knowing your location; laws vary greatly by region

I'm in united states, I'm just trying to helped my sister that she's in the Philippines her child that they been abandon for few years,and now still living in her parents house.this guy still in the Philippines and he is not willing to support the child and he keep hiding about this problem and ignore the situation,so what should I do?can I go to the british embasy and file a complaint about this person?

I'm not sure what the embasy can do for you but there is british law he has to support all children not just the ones he sees he has to support ALL
If he is working over there and using his a work permit they can find him and take money from his wages but it may go to court

Where does your sister have citizenship? Is your sister living with the child or is the child living with their grandparents?
Was he ever established as the legal father by signing a birth certificate or paternity acknowledgment?
