OK guys settle this one for some friends of mine

Quick question because this is not my specialty. If you have a judgement
From a debt that is included in bk it means it stays on your credit report but can't be acted on right? And if that judgement is on your credit report even if it was included in the bk can that judgement be renewed say after 10 years since it can't be acted on?

The Judgment is "erased" (unless it's in certain categories which cannot be discharged in bankruptcy, such as student loans, taxes, child support) and no longer exists. The judgment (and bankruptcy) remain on the credit report. The judgment no longer exists (if it was discharged!) and so it cannot be renewed.
