Anyone have tips on losing weight really quickly? I am going to Florida in May and would love to drop 10-15 pounds??

Clean up your diet. Replace white carbs with green veg. Just swapping a lunch time sandwich with a huge green salad, and the dinner time pasta/rice with an extra portion of broccoli, will save about 500 calories a day.
Also, be aware of portion sizes. Most people eat two or three portions of rice or pasta or cereal at a sitting just because they don't realise how small the recommended portion is.
