My whirlpool dryer has not been drying, it takes at least two cycles for one regular load. I have had the entire thing taken apart... there is no lint build up anywhere. My boyfriend just told me to look at the back of the drum and see if anything is blocking it... when I did, it burnt the ##$$%%%$% out of my fingers... nothing was there... but clothes are still not drying..? Please help!
