I bought a pre-owned 03 ford explorer xlt. And I want to know how do I go about getting the factory lock code for my vehicle.

If all the paperwork is in order you should be able to take it to a dealer and they should be able to set it. Im not sure a locksmith has a lookup like they do for keys but you could ask there too.
