First: turn water ON in your sink. Clear everything from the cabinet. Take flashlight and shine it on the pipes, trap, water supplies, angles tops and sink strainers. See if you notice water dripping/running down onto the cabinet. Back to you...

Well I did and I can't see where it is coming from I am curious if I should unhook the dish washer since it is not being used and cap the pipes it was connected to off do you think that it could help BTW I also noticed water in the dishwater when it has not been used?

On same topic above I replaced all piping and disconnected the dish washer completely and now there is no visible leak but there is water coming out from the sink I just can't see where it is coming from

Is it leaking only when faucet is turned ON ?

I really hate to be the bearer of bad news.
I had the same thing happen
To me a few years ago.
Turned out the copper drain line instde\ the wall, ( Milo calls it a "dirt arm") was ate up and had to be replaced.
This can be accomplished by several ways.
1) Remove the sink and cabinets and open up the wall. **OR**
2) It the sink's on a outside wall you can bopen up the outside wall from the stubout back to the sanitary tee and replace the drain line through that.

I chose to open up the cement block wall and replace the line. After, I patched the hole with patching cement and painted the patch and the drain's fixed without the hassle of tearing up my house.
Sound like a plan? Let me know, Tom
