I'm thinking of moving from the us to the uk to live with a friend I'm curently social aecurity income will I still be able to get this in the uk

Yes it will. If you were collecting Social Security Retirement then you could live outside the US.

If you did move to the UK and you were sent a letter to report to their offices or to a doctor appointment you would not be able to comply with this. It's tempting, but I wouldn't advise it.

Also, you would not be eligible for medical care in England as you are not a British citizen and they don't accept US Medicare there.
