I'm 16 and at some points randomly throughout the day I get weird pains. It's like something is squeezing the part that hurts but I have to grab it and squeeze to make it stop hurting. It will happen in my wrists or legs and sometimes other places... but never 2 places at once. I don't know why it keeps happening because I do nothing in the first to make it hurt. Is there a possibility that it's like a tumor or some kind of pressure on my spinal cord... or am I just weird?

It sounds like you need to check your diet and maybe take some vitamins. Also eat lots of fresh fruit. Like bananas ( potasium) and oranges ( vitamin C.)

I'm not an expert, but pain like you describe is commonly called 'growing pains'. It most often happens in the joints or in the extremities like the arms and legs.

If you're really worried ask your parents to take you to the doctor and get it checked out.
