The harbor breeze fan/light does not work with remote. Thae light works by pull chain but fan does not. The light on remote turns on when I press light or fan , but does not work fan or light

Did you hook the remote up according to the directions? Is this on one switch on the wall?
Post some pictures of your wiring.

Did it just start doing this or has it been funky since day #1? Do you mean you can never turn the fan on all all, no switch, nopull chain, no remote will get the fan running? Either the fan is burned out or its is wired wrong from the git go

If you open the fan at the ceiling and remove the receiver, you can wire the fan without it. Then it will work from the pullchains.
