I was in Michigan state of US for 6 weeks on L1 Visa and on US Salary while for the rest of the year I had received salary in India in year 2009, I have received the W2 form my employer . Which form should I use to file the tax, can I claim for the state tax refund too as a Non Resident Alien . I would appreciate your response.

Assuming you still need help, you would file as a non-resident alien, filing Form 1040NR with Form 2106 to claim daily living expenses.
