My 23 mo.old boy is crying for 3 nights now, I already have him checked by two pedias & both have different diagnosis, one said he's dehyrated & needs to be confined immediately & one said its constipation.. for the last 3 days, we traveled back to my hometown for 3-4hours, he usually vomits when we travel after one day no vomit when we travel back home after that he started crying when he was going to bowel and then he vomits again for 4 times on one day and he becomes restless and only eats a little and he doesn't finish he's milk.. please help me..

I would check your child into the nearest hospital emergency unit. Your description does not sound good and you should have him attended to as soon as possible.
