I took two 5.5 hydrocodones on Friday around noon. I was ua'd today around noon, right at 72 hours after taking them. It has been a year since I've taken them before Friday. I am 5'6" and weigh 130 lbs. Will this show up as positive in my urine?

Chances are you already know the answer to this question. A number of similar threads on the topic have already been posted. Depends on hepatic function, metabolism, etc. A general rule of thumb for opioids is 3-5 days.
