I can't be able to concentrate while people talk to me, a sort of fear upgrade in me. It happens if the conversation is not casual, and I can't make my mind to concentrate it in such things, also while sitting in a seminar or discussion, I am scared to face the person talking. People are misunderstanding me as I change my eyes from them to avoid my fear. I am feeling terribly bad because of this problem and I can't be able to make a healthy relationship with them. Please provide a suggestion to my problem.

Is it that you feel insecure with the topic of conversation? Are you afraid of appearing not smart?

I'm sort of like that. Like I have a hard time looking people in the eyes when I talk to them. So they make the wrong assumptions about me. But next time you talk to someone look them in the eyes. Or practice in the mirror or with a friend. I'm new to giving advice so if it sux or I misunderstood your problem. Sorry
