If your pressure relieve valve leaks it means one of 3 things: your water is too hot or you have too much pressure in your plumbing system. Lastly, it can be faulty T&P valve.

Could you be more explicit? What's leaking? From where? More details please. Tom

Yes, more precise decription would help. If it is the t/p valve that is leaking, Milo hit the bases. It could also be cuased by a faulty expansion tank, which would cause the pressure to rise to high when boiler heats up.
