Right I should mention that I am on the birth control pill firstly! I was on it while I was with my ex for about a year and a half, and I had no problems with it I had normal periods, I thought to myself finally I found the correct pill for me after all the other ones messed my cycle about! Then me and him split, so I stopped taking it because I'm not one to be single and have one night stands or sleep with someone I'm not with so I thought it was pretty pointless taking the pill. Then I met my boyfriend who I'm with now, and started taking the same pill again and I have been on for 4 months nearly, but this time I am having well weird problems with my periods, it feels as if I don't have a brake off them and it's really frustrating me! I came off last Tuesday after being on for like 8 or 9 days which isn't normal for me as mine are meant to last for 5 days, it really angered me and on Friday night I had pains followed by coming on again. I'm wondering if it is anything to do with stress, as I have been suffering from it a hell of a lot this past year, not to mention I am going through depression! Just wondering it may be that triggering my periods? Also could weight loss have an affect on your cycle because I am losing weight a bit? I am asking myself a lot of questions, I have even been using Google to look it up but nothing has any answers so I've had to come my profile on here and ask for advice it is really ruining my life, I get worried in case it does my boyfriends head in, even though he tells me not to worry! Please someone help me!

Stress, weight loss/gain, and change in exercise routines can all throw your cycle off. However, they should be relatively regular on the pill. You may just need a different pill. Time for a ring to the doctor.
