1989 GMC k15, I got fuel flowing into the throttle body and it turns over and sounds like it wants to start but it won't.

Control module? Check for spark.
To run a motor needs three things,
Fuel, spark at the correct time and air.
You have fuel? So do you have spark at the correct time?

The Ignition Control Module and coil and prime suspects.

Either no spark. I suggest try fuel relay or module power relay. If the fuel filter are dirty then it could be the pump.
