The little boy was being raised with this purple dragon. A knight came from back in time I believe to get the dragon. The little boy was living with I think his grandparents. His grandpa was killed. Social services came to get the boy. Don't know how old this movie is because it was very campy the dragon could only run upright and was wearing a scarf. I think it was one of two movies about the dragon, not sure though. It was silly but I really want to find it. Thanks to anyone that can help.
