So I don't know how to spell it but she does it to get the energy to clean her house and all that. Now she keeps telling me that she is very sick and afraid to go to the dr or anything. I read it can kill you to o.d. she is not prescribed the drug. Took 60mg last night. If its already been 12hours does she have anything to wory about? She says she feels very sick to her stomach and nurveous like

Adderall Information from Drugs.com (http://www.drugs.com/adderall.html)

One of the symptoms of an overdose is nausea. And yes she should be worried because how is she figuring out what dosage is safe for her body weight, age, etc if it was never prescribed to her?

She does have anxiety also. She has done this a few times before but she said she didn't feel sick before. She just stayed up. I'm so worried about her please stay with me. Maybe she could be overreacting and making me overeact too. I don't know but I want to know asap will she b OK?

I don't know. I'm not a dr. even those with a medical background would probably tell you (and her) that she needs to see a dr. now. Not later. Now. Are you two really that stupid to risk her life because she doesn't want to risk getting in trouble? You said yourself an overdose can be fatal. Would you two really rather sitting around waiting to see if she dies than going to the dr and getting her the help she clearly needs?

She don't have insurance and it could be just her overreacting and maybe she will b OK and then that was all a waste too

Hopefully she's OK. Maybe this time she'll be all right. Hopefully if she lives this time, she'll learn her lesson and stop abusing drugs.

Whether she has insurance or not does not matter. She can still find a way to get medical care.. Help is out there if people seek it.

I'm a nurse, and my advice to her is to never take more than 40mg of adderoll in a 24 hour period. It is a stimulant, which makes your heart beat faster, your blood thin, and it can kill you if you take too much. It usually takes about 24 hours to get out of your system, so if she can stand it, just have her take some benedryl, and go to sleep until the meds wear off. Adderoll is non addictive even though it's a controlled substance, but people do abuse it for energy. Just remember never take any medicine that isn't prescribed to you by YOUR doctor. You never know what kind of reaction you will have, including death. Is having energy to clean your house worth dying over?
