Water isn't coming out of the faucet, but it is coming out of the sprayer

It is NOT the aerator.since I took that off and my pipes are not frozen.

Answer Chucks questions and I have a few of my own.
Are both hot and cold affected?
Did this happen all of a sudden or get worse gradually? Any plumbing work done lately?

Hi Thunda...

Most likely the SPRAY DIVERTER has become stuck and won't reset to allow water to flow back through the diverter and supply the faucet.

Get the faucet instruction sheet and see if it shows the spray diverter (usually under the spout body)... needs to be cleaned or replaced, OK?

Back to you...

Hello Thunda,

Mark gave you excellent advice, please tell us the brand and the model number of your faucet, that we will be able to tell you where the divertor valve is located, Thanks.
