Ever get the feeling you are alone? Well you are not. I originally came to this site to vent and ask for relationship advice. Well guess what? I received my advice and I just want to have more. Its like a jungle sometime. It makes me wonder sometimes. How I keep from going under.

Not sure what catergory this falls under but it must be one of those "confused" "need answers" type of thread. Im far from perfect but I have become very successful in all I do and know that's a plus. There are things in life that you may not understand, and that's OK! A good friend of mine died recently and that's devastating. She left behind 3 kids and I ask God, "How can this be" it sucks! Who's next? Is what I wonder... Me? You?

We are not promised tomorrow and the ticket is this: live every day as though it is your last. I mean it. Get out there and skydive, join a club, learn to surf, ask out a girl that you think is beyond your league, visit a new neighborhood, call an old friend.

These are all things that can get you through devastating times and realize that life is all about change, change, and more change.

Sounds like you have a great life! Sorry about your friend, it hurts and there are no words anyone can say to make you feel better. I have found there are three stages of grief, First the shock and disbelief. The second is the unbelievable agony and hurt of the loss. Then the anger at God, the why did this happen. God understands when we hurt and he doesn't take people from our lives as punishment or I don't think he does. I think maybe God looks out and see's something worse in their future so he brings them home with him.

One of the things I would add to the list of living a fuller life is thanking God for everything in our lives everyday. Sharing the fruits of our labour with a person who may need a ride to the store or a kind word or a smile. Go to a homeless shelter and give a donation or to a veterens home and talk to some of our greatest generation war heroes.I'm so sorry about you''re friend and I hope you feel better. Blessings.

We all face challenges in life. It's almost a given. But what would life be if we just cruised along?

The best thing that you can do is overcome these challenges. So when you are faced with similar situations, you will be in a better position to deal with them.

That's how we grow strong as a person. Keep your head up. Always strive to do better.
