I had a dream at night and I cut my boyfriends neck open and then I cut my boyfriends mother and fathers neck open. Which freaked me out really bad. But then after that I stole a car and tried to take them to the hospital and on the way there this thing started to chase us. It was trying to eat us or take our souls. And it got my boyfriends parents then him and then me.

It was a dream. Simply a dream.
It doesn't make you a homicidal maniac.
I don't personally, put too much thought into dreams but that's just me. I think it could be any number of things from your day colluding to make you dream this, i.e. you watched a scary film and were worried about your boyfriend or many others... the list is endless.
Chalk it up to a weird dream and move on.

Have you had this dream more than once?
It is important to look at the elements of the dream, as they relate to the people in them.
To me it seems like there is stress and anxiety that has built up to a point where only in your dreams can you find a solution.
What you did was a violent act against your boyfriend and his parents, but you didn't kill them, and immediately tried to get to the hospital. On the way, the 'thing' was your conscience, telling you did a terrible thing, and you are going to pay for it, by losing your soul, and one by one, you were all caught.
I presume that the relationship with your boyfriend and his parents have everything to do with this. It can't be good, or you'd be having dreams the opposite of what you are.
Use this dream to try to identify the problems with each person, and why you are on the outside trying to understand why you have such anger toward them.
Dreams like this are not so easy to let go of because they are traumatic and terrifying. Think of it as two parts to a story. The first part is the deam. The second part is the sense you can make of it, within the relationships you have with these people.
