That is the story of many peoples' lives nowadays. How could you know ? But, how do you expect us to help you with this problem ? You bought a new pair, or a used pair? You shopped around ?

Sorry, I thought you could see my first question. I have not used this before. My question is about my furnace. My washer and dryer are fine. My Carrier furnace is working OK but not how it should be. It will go through its cycle to heat the house but will not get up to the set temp. It will start the cooling process and then will kick back on one or two more times then shut down until the next cycle. We put in a new thermostat and it still does the same thing. When we set the swing to 1 it does fine but it is not the most economical setting. When we set the number higher it starts the problem stated above. I hope you can help but if not thanks for taking your time to respond.

No I could not see your first question. Perhaps you should have posted all of this in one to make your situation clear. I am sure one of our experts will notice your posts and give their opinion on what you should do. We are all volunteers here with many answers to intiate in chosen fields, so it may be a while before you get an answer.
