Hi, I am 25 year old , I spend 5 year of married life , I have no monthly period after 3 month,my pregnancy test is negative . To day I have ultrasound show that I have enlarge non gravid uterus with presence of fibroid.what may be am I pregnant.

I'm sorry, but that does not mean you may be pregnant. The word Non-gravid specifically means not pregnant. You have a fibroid in your uterus, this is not to be confused with a pregnancy. Your doctor may want to monitor you closely for a while and surgery may be an option to remove this fibroid.
