I am getting water to the ice maker and to the water supply line at the connection at the bottom of the refrigerator door but nothing coming out of the dispenser. I can hear the pump running and if I have the supply line apart at the connection it pumps water there. What's my problem ? If it's the solenoid, how do I get to it ?

If you have water at the bottom of the refrigferator, at the back and no water at the glass filler, if you have one, then it could be a bad water valve. This can be changed very easily, unplug the electric. Turn the water off at a valve that feeds the frig. Now take the small tubing lose from the valve and undo the two wires that are connected. That should leave one pipe or hose that goes somewhere into the frig, disconnect this from the valve and buy one just like the one you have, putting it back on is just reverse.

The water I'm getting is at the front of the refrigerator door just behind the vent at the bottom where the hose has a coupling in it. I took the coupling loose and hit the switch on the door to dispense water and it pumped water just fine out of the hose where I had it disconnected. I think the problem is between that cuopling and the dispenser

Problem solved. Unit was freezing up. Heated a stiff piece of copper wire and shoved it into the nozzle on the dispenser. After a couple of time... WATER!!
