If you did not solicit the service. Offers from spam are scams, OK there may be that one in a trillion that is not but those are not the odds anyone should play.
Never deal with spammers
Never click on a link in a spam
Never open or read a spam
Change your email provider if you receive a lot of spam in you "Inbox" (some providers actually do a good job at filtering before it gets to you, Gmail has worked well for me)
Keep your system updated
Keep your antivirus software updated.
