Will excersise sour breast milk? Some of my family said it will but I don't understand how, I really want to start workingout but now I'm worried

I've never heard that. My cousin worked out and breast fed, she never had any problem getting her sons to feed.

I don't think so either, but you probably should make sure to shower after you exercise, so there's no odd taste (salty) to your skin that your baby might not like...

No it won't. The only thing that will sour it is drugs and alcohol.
