Winlogon.exe error occurred due to a virus, I have no recovery CD or OS CD the restoring to a previous status can not be done because this error always interrupt it.

Have you tried to boot into safe mode and then try to use the system restore?

If that still does not work, try to use command prompt system restore

Should be same for all versions of windows, if problem, psot back and will see what can find for command prompt system restore

Thanks for trying to help but now the windows can't startup anymore neither on regular mode nor in the safe mode command prompt
