Hello I had a car accident where I am 100% not guilty my bill are up to $100,000.00 my attorney said that I need to singed the right to subrogate of medicare document honestly don't know what it means if anyone can tell me please. Also does this means that if I singed these documents the settlement is over? Well the thing is that the party in fault insurance has only $25,000.00 in its policy and mines has another $25,000.00 in case I need it which I do. I haven't seen the policy or anything so I would like to know if there is any way we can see it I think the attorney already asked for it to see but they said no so is there any way we can force them to show it to us? Well I don't want to be in debt for the rest of my life since I only have $50,000.00 for my bills and well from that I have to pay the attorney I am not even getting compensation or my 6 months for loss wages so I don't want to singed any papers without knowing what it means so by signing this subrogation document am I singing the end of the settlement or something does that mean that the guilty party is free from any charge? Sincerely I really need help I don't really trust my attorney anymore he has said some contradictory things so I just want to make sure so please help and than you
