When I tur swicht on wall on I hear a click inside the unit the I press the on botton on remote and it won't come. What can I do?

Does the remote LED light? Have you checked the dip switches?

Yes, red light on remote comes on when I press eighter light or fan, I did replace battery on remote did not do anything..!
