If you shop at a local used store they would charge you 250 - 450 depending on other things which sadly is not the place to go.

You may also consider swapping it for something you want.

I am not in the market for a PC. Except for the CPU and perhaps motherboard you have listed people usually just give me desktops like that to get rid of and I end up throwing them out because no one wants them.

If you live in europe, you would be able to get 150$ for it.
