Hello - I am on H1B. I came to USA on June 6,2009 with a H1-B Visa. To file tax returns which form should I fill in ? I want to know if I am eligible for 1040nr-ez ? I worked in India from Jan 2009 to May 19,2009 and paid taxes there. Advise me.

1040nr is for non-resident aliens for tax purposes. You can use the 1040 EZ, a or just the 1040.

If you are not married, you must file dual status tax return.
