I have a carrier air conditioner unit with a ge 5kcp39bg motor.The motor hums but will not turn but if I spin the blade it will start until the cycle turns it off.Is it the motor and Ive read this motor model # has many problems.Is there a good replacement for it

It could be the motor run capacitor.
