Clean the flame sensor if so equipped on your no brand no model number furnace.

Sand paper or steel wool works well.

Yes I have one suggestion but not knowing what brand of furnace that you have I am going to have to just give you a general opinion.
Inside the furnace where the burners light there is a stiff wire sticking into one of the flames. This part is called the ignitor, it has one wire connected to it and it is mounted to the housing of the furnace with one screw. Using a nut driver unscrew the screw and get the ignitor out where you can clean it. Use a piece of sand paper to polish the wire part of the ignitor. It has a ceramic base so be careful that you do not break the base. After cleaning replace the ignitor and try the furnace. If this does not solve the problem let me know.
