View Full Version : Not sure what's going on

I had my tubes tied almost 2 years ago and now I am experiencing signs of pregnancy. I'm not one to dwell on the idea of becoming pregnant again. When I had my tubes tied I was happy where I was in my life and even more happy with just three kids.

However I must be very fertile because I became pregnant with my first with the pull out method, my second was conceived using the patch, and my third I became pregnant with the IUD in place.

I am now 4 days past my period date, I noticed the other day that my sense of smell has become more aggressive. Little smelld that normally would not bother me are now making me gag. My taste buds are off. For the past three days nothing seems to taste right and things I normally love I can't stand.

I'm cramping, I feel like I'm starting only to find clear slightly liquid discharge when I wipe. I'm also overally tired. I just noticed this one yesterday and today.

Now here are some things to consider, my husband and I do experiment with toys and large dildos. We are very sexually active, at least two or three times a day

I'm really lost on what could be going on. I don't have insurance at the moment so going to the doctor is a last resort.

You are only 4 days late, that's not really late even for the most regular woman. Life throws us a curve ball every once in a while.

You may just be having an off period. Chances are slim that you are pregnant, but still possible. Try taking a HPT using first morning urine to put your mind at ease.

I also forgot to mention that I have recently lost about 30 pounds could this cause a disruption in the tubal.

Thank you so much for answering back.

It won't cause a disruption in the tubal. You had it 2 years ago and since then considerable scar tissue should have covered the clipped tubes.

However, weight loss or gain will affect your periods.
