Hi , my daughter does not eat properly, she is very thin ( she is 19 y.o. is 169 cm and weights only about 56 eats only twice per day if only). Her usual food are snacks, I cannot encourage her to eat what I prepare as she does not want to eat it,she says she is fine and if she wants she would prepare for herself.
I eventually do not prepare anymore as it's only me who eat all the food then and I feel guilty looking at her and basically starving herself.I am going mad , really worried it's been about 2 years like that ( if not more).
What can I do about that?Everything I suggest to her nothing is OK for her, she says she is a big girl and does not need my encouragements to eat
. What else can I do?

Hmmm... It is very good for a girl her age. Okay here are some tips:
1. give much attention to him
2. be a super mom to her. Understood what he wanted, and take him recreation.
3. try to ask a psychologist
4. take him to a place that she loved to eat.

Many studies have shown that having small amounts of food throughout the day is healthier than three big meals. Among my adult friends, the one who was always snacking (but never got an actual lunch meal when we were in school) is the only one today who is a healthy weight - the rest of us are all fat!

Given your concern, I'd suggest you take her for a physical. Ask the doctor about his overall impression of her health and weight, and how she's doing compared to her same-age peers. If the doctor think she's fine, leave her to eat when she's hungry but focus on the quality of the snacks she eats (not all junk food) rather than the quantity.

If the doctor thinks she's underweight or unhealthy, or sees any signs of an eating disorder, you need to get professional advice on how to manage that.

Parents have been trying to get their kids to eat for centuries - the problem is, they may really, really not be hungry. If you force them to eat, you can ruin their natural ability to stop eating when they've had enough.
