American Liver Foundation - Fatty Liver (http://www.liverfoundation.org/education/info/fattyliver/)

Here's something you might want to read. Have you talked to your dr about how to treat it?

I found the above article very informative. Much depends if your fatty liver comes from alcohol abuse or not. If not, and you have Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, there is a recent study on PubMed about raised glutathione levels and NASH. Is that what you have? Here is the study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez

Glutathione values are highest in the liver, so it makes sense that if you raise your glutathione, your liver will benefit. To use the word cure would probably be illegal in this country, so I do not use that word when speaking to people about glutathione. I am a glutathione educator. However you choose to raise your glutathione, keep in mind that glutathione pills are worthless and destroyed in your gut. If you Google how to raise glutathione , you will find some good information there. Also as suggested above, speak to your doctor about this, he may be familiar with glutathione, as more and more health care professionals are becoming aware of this protective protein and its role in your health.

More and more medical doctors are proponents of Max International products as the most effective and efficient supplements to bolster glutathione production.
