I received a 2 year probation on a misdemeanor with deferred adjudication in Texas. It has been 18 months already and I have completed all the court requirements, have paid all the fines and fees for the entire time of probation and have not violated any laws. I lost my job recently and trying to find one, but I believe being on probation is making it difficult to find employement. I like to know what to do to be granted an early termination of my probation. Thanks.

See if your probation officer will recommend it to the judge,

You can make a motion to the judge to be released from probation

If you had a job, it woiuld look better
