I have a Kenmore 01dishwasher 665.17532201. The water isn't circulating with the force it once did. Dishes get kind of clean. Often the soap dispenser still has caked soap at the end of the cycle which is also indicative that the water isn't circulating with force. There are two valves on the back wall. One works fine, but the top one seems to be stuck semi-open. Could the valve which doesn't retract properly be causing the problem?
