Hi I'm 29 years old my height s 165cms my weight s 70kg I want 2 reduce my weight so give me a tip and s it possible for height and waist around 36 I look shapeless please help my 2 look smart

Hi, I lost 40lbs last year and have had no problem keeping the weight off so far this year, so I will tell you what worked for me. I lost about 4 lbs/month by cutting out almost all sugar(except in fruit), being careful of my grains - keeping it to about 1/2 cup of pasta, rice, oatmeal or a slice of bread a day, and eating many more green vegetables, and a little more protein (especially yogurt with blueberries). I did count calories at first, and consistently came in at about 1500 calories a day, but the greens and the protein kept me from being hungry.
