The 1000000 dollars series of 1923 of United State of America is that true money before or not?

There is no such thing as a one million dollar bill in US currency. Never was such a bill. The only bills that were printed in denominations larger than $100 are as follows:

* The $500 bill featured a portrait of William McKinley
* The $1,000 bill featured a portrait of Grover Cleveland
* The $5,000 bill featured a portrait of James Madison
* The $10,000 bill featured a portrait of Salmon P. Chase
* The $100,000 bill featured a portrait of Woodrow Wilson

Back in the early 1970's when I came into a tidy sum of money I got 4 $500 bills and one $1,000 bill when I was in NYC collecting my money at the bank. I had asked the bank manager for "large bills"!!

It was so rare to have those genuine bills that when I turned them into a bank in Florida a few weeks later the teller and one bank manager actually purchased the bills from the bank for themselves. I just took photos of them as a remembrance of just owning them.

There is a Money Museum in NYC. I did see the 100,000 dollar bill so I know that bill exists. The larger denomination bills like the 100,000 bill was for bank transfer use only and not readily available to the general public even when it was printed.
