I have a G26 Elite Series Furnace. The inducer motor comes on as well as the flames for about 1 minute and the Blower Motor comes on for about one second and everything shuts down, flames too. It repeats the above cycle and then blower stays on and heats the house. I have cleaned the Flame sensor, air filter is clean, cleaned the black rubber boot as it was filled with wasps and cleaned the other PVC pipe entering the flame box as it had a wasp nest and lady bugs in it. Sometimes the furnace works with no problem and usually requires two cycles to blow heat. Please help here and thanks!!

I received no answer from the experts but I did resolve this problem myself. I cut the PVC Pipe INTAKE line before and after the several bends and found three wasps nest in there. Put the pipe back together with two $1.27 couplers and furnace working fantastic. To prevent this from happening again I am installing screens on the intake and outtake lines. Need to find screens that willnot impead performance.

WAIT WAIT WAIT The problem came back after a few calls for heat. I FOUND THE PROBLEM - I replaced the control board by myself and it was easy. Be careful to observe the colored wires at the bottom of the circuit board. I have Red & Yellow going to the "Y" terminal, White to "W", RED TO "R", Green to "G" and the far right terminal is "W" for White. This will not be in the instructions that you get from the circuit board manufactures.

Circuit board symptoms were the following:
I just replaced the Flame Sensor and the code was telling me that it was bad. The code also said I had a bad circuit board and the codes displayed were non existent. As the days went by the furnace would take two and three times to recycle before it would kick on and blow heat. Well good Luck in finding your problem. I hope my write up helped you out. I also bought my circuit on E-Bay for $150.00 and it wonly took about 40 minutes to install.
