So I got my nose pierced about 4 odd weeks ago and this happened. I think it might be because I tried to put a ring in it too early and it got snagged a couple of times which hurt quite a lot. Could this be a keloid? Or is it just scarred tissue? If it is just scarred tissue then how could I go about getting rid of it and keeping my nose piercing?

This may be the sign of an infection because I had something like this but I caught mine when it was a little smaller.. what you should do it get the stuff you clean your piercing with or a salt solution and dip a cotton wool bud in it and get surgical tape and tape it over it for over night and it should be a little btter in the morning, and do it for the next two nights and it should have cleared up, it really helped mine!
